The Governor said she does not believe the Iowa legislature will take up an abortion bill, despite the possibililty of SCOTUS reversing Roe:
46.6%– They need to pass a law that is triggered by overturning Roe.
32.8%– No point, since the Iowa Supreme Court says right to abortion is in the state constitution.
08.6%– Plenty of time for that later, even if in a special session; wait for an actual ruling first.
12.1%– Just finish the budget and other things first and adjourn for the year.
