The Iowa State Fair is a top entertainment event for the state, but it also serves as an opportunity to connect people with agriculture. This is especially important as each new generation becomes further removed from the farm. Bringing that connection back starts with supporting the rural farmers and their communities that are the backbone of our country. United States Small Business Administrator Kelly Loeffler said she’s focused on bringing strength back to America’s small businesses and rural areas.
Loeffler said they have put out roughly 7 billion local lender loan guarantees in the past year.
Loeffler said they have also seen the results of those loans with record business formations across the country.
