The Linn County Sheriff’s Office seized and removed vehicles from the lot at Sky Auto Mall Thursday morning. A judge ruled nearly a week ago those vehicles should be returned to Stellantis. The auto-maker is suing the owners of Sky Auto, accusing them of taking out double loans and keeping two sets of financial records to hide them.
