The weather patterns are still favorable for farmers as harvest and planting continues in Brazil. Allendale commodity broker Greg McBride gave an update on the latest forecasts for South America.
McBride said progress is still looking good for both harvest and planting in Brazil.
Since Brazil is normally the prime exporter for soybeans at this time of year, McBride said the meeting delay for President Trump and President Xi Jinping shouldn’t change global exports too much right now.
However, McBride said U.S. exports could suffer if this meeting doesn’t go well.
