A new statewide program is available for mid-career Iowa ag professionals to increase their industry knowledge and professional development in 2026. America’s Cultivation Corridor is hosting the Cultivate 360 program in order to deepen the understanding of Iowa’s food and agriculture sector, polish leadership skills, and expand professional networks. Billi Hunt, executive director of America’s Cultivation Corridor, said the goal is to strengthen the food and ag industry as a whole by developing the people who work in it.
Hunt said it’s easy to get a narrow focus on only one sector of the Iowa ag industry, but there is so much more to learn.
Hunt said they are looking for professionals who are at mid-level positions with approximately 12-15 years of career experience.
Hunt said a group of 40-50 established industry professionals will be selected for the inaugural year of the program, with sessions scheduled in May, June, July, and August.
Hunt added that professionals who apply will know if they have been selected by mid-March.
