It’s Not A Noose, It’s A Lasso

When news came last Friday that the attorney general had appointed a special counsel in the various Hunter Biden cases, some thought that was a bad sign for the First Son and perhaps to the whole family. One analyst even suggested the noose was tightening.

Actually, far from it…it’s more of a lasso, designed to control the whole situation and put any developments on ice until after the 2024 presidential election. So instead of it being a problem for Biden’s re-election…this move guarantees that the Biden brand and business will not come up again.

Here’s why: if Republicans want to continue investigating in the House, they’ll be told that there is a pending criminal investigation involving a special counsel, so nothing can be shared publicly until that person’s work is done for fear of tainting the on-going investigation.

And given the speed with which a special counsel investigated swamp bias concerning the now-former president and Russian collusion…that’s sarcasm, it was slow as molasses…who thinks the Hunter Biden probe will wrap up any time in the next year and a half—especially since it’s in the swamp’s interest to go slow.

Now take things to the next level…presume it does drag on into 2025, but Biden loses the 2024 election. No doubt he’ll issue a pardon for himself, his son, the rest of his family…come to think of it, he’ll likely do that if he loses or wins the election, the difference being only the timing.

And Republicans can’t complain if Biden does that before, for example, Donald Trump is sworn in again…because Trump will no doubt pardon himself if elected, too.

All Friday’s news of a special counsel being appointed does is further insulate the First Son from any accountability…and further guarantee that the dealings of the Biden Crime Family will continue to stay under wraps.
