The Iowa Senate has passed a plan endorsed by the governor to allow money to “move” with students when they transfer from public to private K-12 schools.
64.7%– Great idea, because this is the only way for competition to take place.
29.4%– Good idea, but the amount they’re talking about shifting still leaves too much for the public school.
05.9%– Bad idea, because we need a strong public school infrastructure and it’s underfunded as it is.
00.0%– Bad idea, because if parents want their children to go to private schools, tax dollars should not pay for it.
