Walker won't make new jobs promise

Four years after he pledged to help create 250,000 jobs during his first term, Governor Walker says he won't make a specific job-creation promise this time.

He says he doesn't regret the pledge though. Walker says he'll introduce a proposal in the coming weeks, detailing how he would work to grow jobs.

So far, companies in the state have added about 103,000 jobs during the governor's time in office.

Walker says his plans do not include a push to make Wisconsin a right-to-work state. But he would not say that he'd veto a bill, if one made it to his desk.
