Walker responds to John Doe accusations

Governor Walker argues that a John Doe investigation into his 2012 recall campaign has been "resolved."

He's responding to accusations from prosecutors that he was at the center of a "criminal scheme" to coordinate his campaign, and the campaigns of several GOP senators, with outside groups.

Walker was on Fox News this morning, a day after hundreds of documents from the investigation were released. He says state and federal judges ruled there was nothing there, and liberals are just trying to "stir things up."

Walker says "the facts are pretty clear."

A state judge threw out subpoenas from prosecutors, and a federal judge ordered them to stop investigating. Prosecutors are appealing the federal ruling, and an appeals court is expected to make a decision. That appeals court ordered the release of the documents, and they included the accusations from prosecutors.

No criminal charges have been filed.
