Prof: Document release won't likely hurt Walker

A local political expert doesn't think the latest John Doe documents will have too much of an impact in this year's race for governor, or the 2016 presidential race.

Lawrence University political science professor Arnold Shober says some of the details in the papers hadn't been seen before, but there were no real surprises.

Shober says the only way Walker would take a major hit from the information in the documents, is if campaign finance issues play a larger role in the race.
