Assembly to take up tax cuts this week

The Assembly is expected to sign off on changes to Governor Walker's half-billion dollar tax cut plan this week.

Speaker Robin Vos says most of it will help homeowners.

The plan includes $400 million in property tax relief, along with about a $100 million cut in income taxes.

The Senate approved the bill earlier this month, after a number of Republicans called for some changes. Governor Walker expects to sign the bill soon.
