Neenah gas station robbed

Police are looking for the suspect in a robbery at a gas station in Neenah this morning.

Chief Kevin Wilkinson says a man was wearing nylons over his face, and socks on his hands, when he went into the Express in the 500 block of S. Commercial Street just before 7 a.m. He says the man implied that he had a weapon, and he ran off, to the west, with money.

Wilkinson says they started searching that area and found some evidence that they believe will help them solve the case. He says while they were looking in nearby outbuildings, officers discovered what they believe is a mini meth lab.

He says they don't know if that's connected to the robbery. Wilkinson says they haven't made any arrests yet.
