Neenah students learn about kindness

Neenah high school students are learning about the impact that kindness, and acceptance, can have on others.

The school brought in a national presenter today from the Rachel's Challenge program.

Jonathan Oliver spoke to students about the legacy of Rachel Scott, one of the victims of the Columbine school shooting in 1999. He says people don't know how far a little bit of kindness can go. He says it's important to think about others, and not just themselves.

Neenah held two assemblies this morning, so all students could hear from Oliver.

Maddie Hibs-Magruder is a junior at the school. She says they learned about the Rachel's Challenge program while they were looking to bring in a speaker to talk about bullying.
