Walker: State to have $911 mil surplus

Governor Walker says the latest revenue projections show the state will have a $911 million surplus at the end of the two-year budget.

He said yesterday that he hopes to use the money to lower property taxes, and change the state's income tax withholding tables. The governor won't reveal his specific plans until next Wednesday, when he makes his annual State of the State speech.
