On a Wednesday edition of 'OPR' the Sportsguy Gary Rima is live from 'The Pub on the Cedar' in Charles City, Iowa.  First, the Sportsguy is joined by Charles City High School Athletic Director and head boys basketball coach Todd Forsyth, Following Todd Forsyth is Brian Parrott and Mark Kuhn who are trying to start up and bring the American Tennis Hall of Fame to Charles City, Iowa! To cap the show the Sportsguy talks with 3-time high school state wrestling champ from Charles City Mark Sindlinger. Mark was a 2-sport star at the University of Iowa in both football and wrestling, lettering in both sports and playing for Coaches Hayden Fry, Kirk Ferentz and Dan Gable.

Cole recaps UNI volleyball's 3-0 loss to Northern Illinois, UNI men's and women's golf results from the Golfweek Challenge in Myrtle Beach and lets listeners know how they can stream the UNI/Hawaii game online. Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier sportswriter Jim Sullivan joins the show and discuss all things Panther football. To cap the show Cole discusses Iowa Hawkeye football defensive lineman Drew Ott's scooter accident and the subsequent conversation of if student-athletes that use scooters should be required to wear a helmet.
